We are a multi-specialty clinic dedicated to delivering patient-centered care, with a focus on managing both acute and chronic pain. Our facility offers a collaborative environment and integrates interventional, pharmacologic, and rehabilitative strategies to improve the quality of life for our patients.

Position Overview

We seek a board-certified or board-eligible physician to join our pain management team. Preference will be given to candidates with fellowship training in interventional pain medicine and a background in anesthesiology. The physician will provide comprehensive evaluations, perform interventional procedures, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other specialists.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pain conditions using interventional techniques (e.g., epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, radio frequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation).
  • Manage a diverse patient panel, coordinating care with other specialists as needed.
  • Perform conscious sedation and anesthesia monitoring during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
  • Contribute to clinical research and teaching opportunities if interested.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology or related field.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship (or equivalent training).
  • Unrestricted Texas medical license or ability to obtain one.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary starting at $400,000
    , commensurate with experience, with productivity incentives.
