Experience:

Minimum 2 years of full-scope midwifery practice, including intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage management;

Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time (per applicable laws) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Full travel accommodations covered, including airfare, lodging, and rental car or mileage reimbursement What You ll Do Provide full-scope midwifery care and support patients throughout labor and delivery Manage intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage cases in a hospital setting Support first assist procedures during surgeries or deliveries Perform postpartum care and well-woman gynecologic exams across the lifespan Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including in-house OB/GYN support and Level III NICU access Document patient care using Epic EMR system Participate in scheduled shifts, providing excellent clinical care in a busy hospital environment What You Need

Required:

Active Texas Medical License Texas DEA registration Minimum of 2 years of full-scope midwifery practice Recent first assist experience (within the last 2 years) Board certification in Midwifery Preferred:
