Anesthesiologist

U.S. Anesthesia Partners
- Arlington Division is seeking partner-track and employed physicians to join their team in the Arlington/Mansfield area. Providers will cover a wide variety of cases across several local hospitals and surgery centers with opportunities for case variety, robust benefits, and quarterly profit-sharing. This role allows clinicians to tailor their practice preferences, whether pursuing partner-track opportunities or fixed schedules with reduced call.

Practice Info

• Group:
  National Private Practice
• Facilities covered include Methodist Mansfield Hospital, USMD Arlington Hospital, and Baylor Orthopedic and Spine Hospital
• Cover OB with an average of 150-200 deliveries per month across 3 hospitals
• Separate CT/thoracic call team so no hearts/lungs required

Responsibilities

• Do most of your own cases with a minor component of care team leadership
• Provide obstetric anesthesia
• Provide anesthesia for outpatient surgery

Compensation

• W-2
• Quarterly Profit-Sharing

Shift & Schedule

• Full Time
• FIRST Call frequency varies
• SECOND Call frequency varies
• Employment opportunities with fixed hours, and reduced call, if so desired
• Call requirement is approximately 3 major calls (1st OR call/OB) and 3-4 minor calls (more like a late stay in OR) per month
• 1st OR call is home call and OB is 16 or 24 hours in house call

Qualifications

• Regional skills are preferred due to a heavy orthopedic practice
• Pediatric cases available, but not required
