We are seeking a growth-centric, excellence-focused Product Manager, Digital Acquisition to join our team.
Ideal candidates will be able to work onsite at our Texas Headquarters (Arlington, TX 76006), Arizona office (Scottsdale, AZ 85255), or New York Office (New York, NY 10019).

Job Purpose

The Product Manager, Digital Acquisition will lead the company’s acquisition-focused product strategy. This role will own the digital funnels that drive customer growth from landing pages and purchase flows to app store presence and in-app purchase experiences. The Product Manager will work on various apps/products as the company grows but will have a primary focus on Great American Pure Flix – the worldwide leader in selecting and streaming faith-centered and family-friendly media.

This role will partner closely with Marketing, UX, and Engineering to design, test, and optimize acquisition journeys that convert visitors into long-term subscribers. This high-impact position will require a passion for data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable results.

To be successful in this role, the Product Manager will need to balance data-driven decision making with cross-functional collaboration, driving measurable improvements in acquisition funnels while ensuring a seamless user journey from first touch to subscription.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own the acquisition journey across web and mobile, including landing pages, purchase funnels, and app store fronts.
  • Define product roadmaps that align with marketing campaigns and company growth goals.
  • Collaborate with engineers, QA, and designers in a scrum environment to launch iterative improvements.
  • Oversee web development efforts with technical expertise to guide, support, and collaborate directly with developers as needed.
  • Manage and optimize in-app purchase flows to ensure seamless user experience and compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Drive App Store Optimization to increase visibility, purchases, and downloads.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, reduce friction, and improve conversion rates.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure acquisition touchpoints reflect brand and customer needs.
  • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (preferably with web, app, or acquisition-focused products).
  • Proficiency in Hub Spot, Vercel, and/or AWS is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate industry trends, competitor behavior, and user data to support product and marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support key releases or platform updates.
