Adjunct Lead Instructor (as needed) on campus. Similar job titles include:
Teacher, IT Instructor, Computer Instructor, CompTIA Certification Instructor, Professor, and Technology teacher.

Schedule:

Mon–Thu, 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm CST

Hourly rate: $35.00/hr

• Teach assigned cohort(s) of students in the assigned delivery methodologies, covering courses in rotation:
  CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft AZ-900, AI-900, and Linux Essentials (LPI 10-160).
• Model and cultivate a team culture of excitement and passion for changing student lives.
• Provide motivational leadership for instructors and students, focusing on respect and exemplary behavior.
• Facilitate an organized, informed, engaging classroom experience that encourages retention, course completion, and certification.
• Use various communication tools (phone, chat, email, text, video, or in-person) to coach Students of Concern.
• Respond timely and accurately to student questions and concerns.
• Encourage student commitment to the program and achievement of outcomes, including certification readiness.
• Deliver curriculum and instructional activities that prepare students to take their certification exams.
• Establish and communicate clear learning objectives per the published syllabus.
• Maintain discipline and manage student behavior in accordance with school policies.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance the academic and training program.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or a related field; or a combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical work experience in the IT industry (within the last 10 years) is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with classroom and online instruction is preferred.
• Candidates with a different combination of technical training experience and practical work experience will be considered.
