Great Hearts Arlington Lower School is seeking Substitute Teachers for K-5 Homerooms to guide students across core subjects and foster a love of truth, beauty, and goodness.
Responsibilities include following established lesson plans, maintaining a safe and orderly classroom, engaging students with Socratic dialogue, and communicating with families as needed. A Bachelor's degree is required for long-term substitutes, and all majors are welcome.
