Responsibilities- Enter sales orders into the company computer system with focus on accuracy.
- Follow up on payments and credit holds, and manage Excel‑based reports.
- Enter customer and vendor pricing into various databases.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with customers and vendors.
- Research and provide verbal and written information throughout the organization.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and follow up to ensure completion.
- Communicate with other departments to resolve basic sales administration issues.
- Maintain and update files and perform daily filing tasks.
- Create, develop, and maintain customer open order reports.
- Direct Buy requisitions and work with Purchasing to ensure purchase orders are placed and received to support customer orders.
- Perform other duties as required.
- 1‑2 years of administrative work experience in a professional office environment.
- High school diploma required.
- Strong data entry skills with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work well in a support role with multi‑level personnel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with daily interaction with external customers.
- Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint software skills.
- Knowledge of the aviation/aerospace industry is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented and able to perform basic research.
- Multitask and competently complete assignments within allotted time frames.
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status.
- ITAR requirement.
- Current U.S. Citizenship may be required for some positions.
