Base pay range$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Project Engineer to join our team in the Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for early‑career professionals who are passionate about developing their skills in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design within the construction industry.
As part of our team, you'll work alongside seasoned professionals on projects that include power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and other electrical systems for commercial, healthcare, sports, and residential buildings.
KEY Responsibilities- Assist in the design of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarms.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on project development.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed design drawings.
- Conduct basic engineering calculations under supervision.
- Participate in field inspections and construction administration tasks.
- Continuously develop your technical skills and industry knowledge.

What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or architectural engineering required.
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering required.
- Familiarity with electrical design software (AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus for new graduates but not required. Experienced candidates are expected to be familiar with industry software commensurate with their experience level.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
