The Commissioning Manager is a traveling mentor, technical resource, and field execution leader for all electrical scopes across The Company projects, including solar, substation, and BESS systems. These individuals support and enforce The Company Safety, Work Instructions (SWI), and operational procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality performance on every job.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Train new employees on operational procedures, equipment usage, and safety practices.
• Monitor production metrics and report on performance against targets.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.
• Foster a positive work environment by motivating team members and addressing any conflicts or concerns.

• Proficient in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) for electronic assembly processes.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for design purposes.
• Knowledge of signal processing techniques relevant to production operations.
• Experience with electrical systems, including logic controllers for machinery operation.
• Proficient in Solid Works for 3D modeling and design tasks.
• Hands‑on experience with Arduino for prototyping and testing applications.
• Strong understanding of system design principles to optimize production workflows.
