As a Project Engineer / Design Manager, you’ll lead diverse civil engineering projects from conception through completion. Your responsibilities include:

• Superior civil engineering design and oversight for roads, site work, drainage, and water/wastewater systems
• Defining project scope, deliverables, and client expectations
• Managing project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and quality control
• Coordinating with technical staff, mentoring junior engineers and EITs
• Ensuring accurate billing and payment follow-ups
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and work product prior to submittal
• Engaging with clients to nurture relationships and contribute to business development
• Collaborating with survey crews and project teams to ensure quality and accuracy

You will apply your knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and other industry tools to deliver projects efficiently, while maintaining high standards for accuracy and compliance.

Emphasizes team collaboration, professional development, and client engagement. Senior-level staff serve as mentors to junior engineers, fostering leadership skills and providing opportunities for career advancement.
