We are currently looking for a Field Service Technician to support advanced aerospace engine test systems for a leading industrial player operating worldwide.
This role is hands‑on, field‑oriented, and highly visible with end customers. If you enjoy troubleshooting complex systems, working onsite, and traveling regularly, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities- Represent the design office and product integrity at customer sites.
- Ensure proper reception, verification, and traceability of spare parts.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting activities performed by customer teams or partners.
- Ensure all interventions comply with engineering, safety, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary interface between customers and engineering teams.
- Validate root‑cause analyses and corrective actions.
- Escalate deviations, follow resolution, and ensure closure.
- Support commissioning phases, acceptance tests, and system upgrades.
- Provide structured field feedback to continuously improve product design and performance.
- Produce clear service reports, deviation logs, and technical summaries.
- Technical degree in electrical, electro‑mechanical, mechanical, or automation disciplines (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of complex industrial systems (electrical, mechanical, controls, instrumentation).
- Ability to understand and challenge product architecture, system interfaces, and technical documentation.
- Comfortable working with large‑scale equipment in industrial or aerospace environments.
- Experience in aerospace, test systems, energy, heavy industry, or similar sectors preferred.
- High autonomy and sense of ownership.
- Calm, structured, and solution‑driven under pressure.
- Adaptable, reliable, and professional in all environments.
- Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
