In-Building RF Optimization Engineer to join our client in DFW Metro. This position is ideal for strong IBS DAS RF engineers who enjoy hands‑on optimization and excel at customer‑facing technical leadership.

Lead real‑time RF optimization and performance assurance for in‑building, stadium, and temporary outdoor deployments, including COWs and small cells.

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of indoor optimization projects across offices, hospitals, warehouses, factories, and large venues.
• Design, commission, and optimize Active and Passive DAS solutions and OEM small‑cell systems (Comm Scope, JMA, Corning, etc.).
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex indoor RF and performance issues.
• Apply advanced LTE and 5G  (NSA/SA) expertise, including layer management, SINR, throughput optimization, traffic balancing, and KPI performance tuning.
• Perform RF walk tests, KPI deep dives, and root‑cause analysis, delivering clear recommendations and parameter changes.
• Use industry‑standard tools such as iBwave, TEMS, and planning/performance platforms to model, validate, and optimize networks.
• Serve as the primary customer technical interface for assigned markets, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and guide remote engineering teams, ensuring execution quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance and results‑driven solutions.

Deep technical knowledge of in‑building wireless systems, including Active/Passive DAS, small cells, and indoor RF architectures.

• Strong analytical skills.
• IBWave level 2 or 3 Certification is a must.
