Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Engineer - PM (PE) to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a broad range of projects in the engineering industry, with a specific focus on land development, drainage, site and water, and road systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and communicates effectively with clients and team members.

• Lead the design and development of land development, drainage, site, roadway, and water systems.
• Conduct detailed civil design and analysis to ensure project success.
• Manage and coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to meet project objectives on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Continuously update knowledge and stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
  Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on wastewater systems, drainage, site, and water systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proven experience in civil design and project management.
• Excellent client communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency with engineering software and tools such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Open Roads, etc.
• Exceptional leadership skills, able to motivate and guide a team.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to civil engineering projects.
