Electrical Engineer Data Centers

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to lead design and delivery for data center projects across North America. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technology infrastructure.

You will join a dynamic team specializing in data center facility planning, design, engineering, and construction services. The role involves client‑facing responsibilities, technical leadership, and mentoring early‑career professionals.

• Lead electrical engineering deliverables for design‑only, design‑build, and construction projects in the data center sector.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in data center design, including redundancy and resiliency considerations.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects.
• Engage in client‑facing activities, including business development, scope definition, and site visits.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and quality programs.
• Prepare and review complex engineering calculations, designs, and technical recommendations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing.
• Support continuous improvement and risk management initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited program or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Previous experience leading data center design projects and knowledge of tier rating systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, and related tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under deadlines.

Hybrid out of Dallas, Kansas City, Raleigh, Atlanta, or Phoenix

Compensation: $160K–$180K base salary + bonus
