A well-established civil engineering and land surveying firm is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects throughout the DFW area. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful urban projects alongside a collaborative, technically strong team.

• Manage civil projects from planning and design through permitting and construction support
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, municipalities, and consultants
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution
• Lead efforts related to grading, drainage, utilities, roadway, and stormwater design

• Minimum 4 years of experience in civil engineering or land development project management
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Experience working with municipal agencies and entitlement processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
