The job

• Lead and oversee roadway design projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to project scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for existing client relationships.
• Manage project workloads, coordinating with technical staff.
• Conduct engineering analyses and detailed design work, applying expertise in TxDOT Roadway Design.
• Review and refine engineering plans and specifications, maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD for design work, with ORD preferred but not required.
• No business development responsibilities, focusing exclusively on delivering high-impact, technically complex projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
• 6+ years of experience in TxDOT Roadway Design.
• AutoCAD essential, ORD preferred but not required.
