Before issuing the formal bid package, coordinate and deliver a comprehensive review of the project scope, technical requirements, pricing, and related details to the Estimating Manager, Delivery team, and other internal leadership stakeholders. Upon successful project award, schedule and lead a detailed turnover meeting with the Project Management team to ensure a thorough understanding of the scope of work, key risk areas, and other critical factors to support a smooth and successful project transition.

• Proven ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex design drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of industry-standard arithmetic and formulas required to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support the development of less-experienced team members.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as industry platforms such as Bluebeam, Procore, and Auto Desk.
• Familiarity with modern estimating software and tools, including Accubid, McCormick, or similar applications.
• Experience using CAD, Revit, or other 3D modeling software or viewers is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent progressive industry experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience estimating large-scale, complex Structured Cabling and Low Voltage Systems projects.
• Strong preference for experience developing detailed and accurate cost estimates for Data Center Structured Cabling Systems.
• Experience preparing estimates under a variety of contract delivery methods, including Lump Sum / Fixed Price, Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Unit Price / Rate, and Design-Build.
