Senior Civil Engineer

Senior Civil Engineer to spearhead high-impact land development and public infrastructure projects across North Texas. This is a leadership role designed for a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) who excels at navigating complex stormwater management systems and municipal regulatory landscapes. You will transition from pure design into a strategic lead, overseeing the full project lifecycle from conceptual site planning to final construction administration.

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design and execution of complex civil engineering projects, with a master-level focus on hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (Stormwater Management).
• Regulatory Navigation: Act as the primary liaison with North Texas municipal agencies to secure permits and ensure 100% compliance with local, state (TCEQ), and federal standards.
• Team Mentorship: Direct and develop a team of E.I.T.s and Designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
• Project Stewardship: Manage multi-million dollar project budgets and timelines, ensuring profitable and "right-first-time" delivery for our clients.

• Credentials: Active Texas Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is mandatory.
• Experience: 8–12+ years in US-based civil site development or infrastructure engineering.
• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydro
  
  CAD, and Stormwater Modeling software.
• Education: B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. preferred).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional client-facing communication and a proven track record of managing cross-functional project teams.
