Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm has a position available for limited-term, part-time engineering intern to join our South Central One Water department to work on engineering projects starting in May/June 2027 and ending in August/September 2027. The hours for this position are 30+ per week.
Responsibilities include:- Assisting engineers with the delivery of projects
- Conducting research
- Compiling and analyzing data
- Drafting technical reports
- Communicating with equipment vendors
- Reviewing construction documents
- Visiting construction sites
A valid driver's license will be required.
Successful candidates must have:- Completed at least two semesters (4 semesters preferred) of college-level coursework in civil, environmental, chemical engineering or a closely related field
- Civil or Environmental engineering coursework
- Microsoft Office software experience
- AutoCAD or other design software experience
