OverviewJoin our dynamic team as an Engineering Project Manager, where your organizational prowess and technical skills will drive efficiency and support the seamless operation of our engineering projects.
Duties- Schedule meetings, and overseeing calendar management for engineering teams
- Prepare, proofread, and process technical documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support project coordination by data entry into spreadsheets, tracking project milestones, and assisting with document version control
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries from clients or internal teams promptly and courteously
- Facilitate communication between departments and external partners to ensure timely information flow and project updates
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), spreadsheets.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- $10,000 sign on bonus available after 3 months of continuous employment.
- Knowledge of construction engineering. You must be able to read, speak and understand engineering.
