Job Description:

Flight Operations Engineer

Reports to:

Chief Flight Operations Engineer(CFOE) CQC Aeronautics, Inc. Brief

CQC Aeronautics is a consulting services and software development firm built on the science and profession of flight operations engineering. We believe the decisions that shape aviation should always be based on the Coverage, Quality and Currency of the best available information whether it is for aircraft operators, ANSPs, airports, OEMs or even members of the public.

Our consulting team worksdirectlywith airport sand other aviation clients, who face complex aircraft performance and flight operations engineering challenges. This regularly includes runway length determination, obstacle mitigation, weather prediction, airspace analysis, instrument procedure feasibility, payload-range studies, safety assessments, aeronautical data management, regulatory compliance and stakeholder coordination.

Our Software-as-a-Service platform, AERefinery, is the first to put these flight operations engineering capabilities directly into the hands of airports, ANSPs, airlines and their consultants. AERefinery users can explore, analyze, and collaborate within a common browser-based ecosystem of information and analysis capabilities that reveal challenges and provide solutions without the need for additional human assistance. Every professional service we provide as consultants becomes a new capability for the industry to take advantage of when planning, designing and operating airports and airspace.
