Overview: Working with a global operator, that is looking for a Sr. Product Manager for their brand new casino management system product! This will be a role where you get to define what that product will look like from concept within an established organization.

To note: this role will be required to relocate to the Dallas, TX, Metro, by June 2026. However, full relocation will be supported! Additionally, this role must be a US Citizen or be a Green Card Holder (permanent resident) without future sponsorship!

• Work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and users, owning end-to-end product management processes, including the development of clear user stories, product specifications, regulatory documentation, and roadmaps.
• Define product vision, and prioritize features, ensuring the implementation of modern technologies and best practices.
• Translate high-level requirements into actionable user stories, create comprehensive PRD documents, product specifications, and roadmaps.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, including streamlined user experiences, competitive analysis, and emerging tech in the casino space.
• Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and standards within the casino gaming industry.
• This role will report to the Executive Director of Product Management.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Casino Systems (may include Patron Management, Cage & Credit, Tables, etc.)
