• Oversee everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Ensure perfect image and adherence to standards while delivering great customer service.

• Ability to operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and complete associated paperwork.
• Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and over the telephone.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Proficiency in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and precise movements.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.

Working in a fast‑moving kitchen and storefront environment requires standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds), pushing, and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders. The job involves exposure to varying temperatures, hot surfaces, and mechanical parts. Hand coordination and continuous use of hands are essential. Some duties will also take place outdoors during adverse weather.

• Deliver product by car to customers, including flyers and door hangers.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle is required.
• Navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings while carrying products.
