The Senior Event Specialist, Ticket Operations leads ticket build and promoter relations for concerts and other major 3rd-party events at AT&T Stadium and/or Ford Center, partnering directly with promoters, artist management, and touring representatives from event build through settlement. This role also supports Dallas Cowboys ticket operations as needed and serves as the team’s subject-matter expert on Seat Geek’s ticketing platform, Unify.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Ticket Operations and serves as a mentor and senior point of guidance for other Event Specialists and members of the ticket operations team.

Job Duties
  • Serve as the primary ticket operations point of contact for promoters and 3rd-party event representatives, leading the creation and build of ticketed events for concerts and other major events, as well as Dallas Cowboys events as needed
  • Coordinate directly with promoters, artist management, and touring representatives on presale codes, fan club/VIP offers, and on-sale strategy for concerts and other major 3rd-party events
  • Build and configure complex pricing and inventory structures (general admission, reserved, VIP/platinum packages, etc.) for concerts and other large-scale 3rd-party events
  • Partner with promoters on post-event settlement, reconciling ticket counts, comps, and revenue for each 3rd-party event
  • Direct collaboration with the sales team and ticket partner on online schedule release/on-sale of primary inventory, and set monetary parameters for all sold inventory through the ticket partner’s resale platform
  • Partner with the sales team and stadium event operations leadership to plan and execute event day needs, serving as the primary point of escalation for complex ticketing issues
  • Create sales inventory categories, financial audits, and customer data reports for the sales team and executive leadership
  • Oversee coordination with the access management partner and stadium event operations to set up and test ticket scanning for Dallas Cowboys and 3rd party events
  • Serve as lead Supervisor for Dallas Cowboys home games and 3rd-party events, overseeing and mentoring Event Specialists, and as primary Trainer for ticket operations staff, including Ticket Resolution/Customer Service duties as required
  • Troubleshoot and lead periodic testing of the ticket partner’s products to ensure event day reliability
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of ticketing operations experience required
  • Proven track record of independently owning complex, high-profile events from build through settlement with minimal oversight
  • 4+ years of experience on the Seat Geek (Unify) platform
  • 2+ years of event/entertainment build experience on the Seat Geek (Unify) platform
  • Experience building and managing ticketing structures for concerts and other major live entertainment events (general admission, reserved seating, VIP/platinum packages, presales) in a high-volume venue
  • Demonstrated experience training, mentoring, and providing day-to-day guidance to Event Specialists and ticket operations staff
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel and Word)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with promoters
  • Working knowledge of the live event/touring industry, including promoters, artist management, and talent agencies
  • Experience with event settlement and reconciliation processes
  • Proven ability to independently manage a high level of detail across multiple concurrent, high-profile events in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the flexibility and sound judgment to quickly adapt to change while maintaining high productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Strong collaborator who offers guidance and support to team members with a friendly, positive, and solutions-oriented attitude
  • Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
