SNI Financial is partnering with a recent IPO company that is the leader in their industry. We’re looking for an analyst (Automation / Finance Systems Analyst) who can partner with accounting and finance teams to identify automation opportunities and improve financial accuracy using Microsoft’s Power Platform.

• Lead walkthroughs with Accounting stakeholders (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax, Reporting) to identify automation and process improvement opportunities
• Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using Power Query, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Document processes, lead stakeholder meetings, and support UAT and training efforts
• Maintain and enhance existing automation tools to ensure long‑term effectiveness

• Strong Excel skills with hands‑on experience in Power Query, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Comfortable leading meetings, managing stakeholders, and documenting processes
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to learning new automation skillsets
• Background in accounting or finance is a plus (not required);
  Workday, SQL, VBA, or Python experience is a plus
• High‑visibility role partnering directly with Accounting and Finance leadership
