Review all loan files submitted prior to closing to ensure that loans meet all secondary and investor guidelines. Approve, suspend, or deny each loan as appropriate and clear applicable conditions.
- Review each file to ensure Secondary and Investor guidelines are met.
- Ensure compliance regulations are met.
- Clear all conditions once processor has met the conditions.
- Make management aware of key issues.
- Assist in training as needed.
- Work with Encompass to make sure that all paperless Underwriting documents are properly placed for all future use by the Closing, Funding, and Shipping departments.
- Work under maximum stress, with short deadlines, anxious processors, LOs, and title companies, and heavy workloads.
