This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tax Preparer located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with flexibility to work partially from home. The Tax Preparer will be responsible for preparing and filing accurate tax returns, analyzing and reviewing financial statements, and staying informed about current tax laws. The role involves direct interaction with clients to provide expert advice and ensure compliance with tax regulations, while helping clients maximize their deductions and credits.

• Proficiency in Tax Preparation, Tax Law, and general Tax expertise
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Knowledge or background in Finance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, EA, or other tax preparation credentials are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
