At Nisivoccia, Wealth Management Associate possess excellent administrative skills combined with the ability to work with clients in a fast-paced environment. Requiring strong communication skills, the Wealth Management Associate will collaborate across departments in the organization while effectively managing client accounts. Time Management is a key skill which empowers the candidate to thrive in a high-energy environment. The candidate will be collecting and analyzing information regarding the customer’s income, assets, investments, or debts;

determining which financial products best meet the customer’s needs and financial circumstances; advising the customer regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products: and marketing, servicing or promoting financial products.

Responsibilities
  • Coordination of client review meetings and appointments, including all pre-and post-meeting work.
  • Work with client and advisors to complete custodian-specific and firm-specific paperwork needed to open and maintain accounts.
  • Handle client-related requests and account service inquiries.
  • Learn and adapt to a variety of technology tools used to accomplish both client facing and back office tasks.
  • Answer phones and respond to emails and other correspondence.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of practice CRM database.
  • Generate reports and other deliverables for both client facing and back-office needs (Letters of Instruction, illustration requests, plan designs, follow up action item plans, etc.).
Requirements
  • Financial Licenses Series 7, 6, 63 REQUIRED
  • Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to provide a high level of authentic service and compassion to client relationships
  • Strong organization skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Dedication to high quality of work and significant attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently but also collaborates/communicates well in a team environment
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Must have strong computer skills, including MS Office applications
