Tax Analyst

Base pay range $75,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Tax Associate to join our wealth management firm. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in personal and fiduciary tax matters, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial objectives.

• Prepare individual, trust, and estate tax returns
• Represent clients in IRS and state tax audits and correspondence
• Stay current on tax law changes and communicate implications to clients and internal teams
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor
• Assist in onboarding new clients and evaluating their tax needs as part of the broader financial planning process
• Engage in the tax planning and consulting process

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Strong technical knowledge of individual, trust, and estate taxation
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deadlines effectively
