Position: Financial Analyst Staff / Lvl 4 / Arlington, TX

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Analyst Staff you will be responsible for supporting Long‑Range Planning (LRP) for the business area, managing financial metrics, and communicating financial performance to senior management while providing financial leadership across functions.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting Long‑Range Planning (LRP) and managing financial metrics for the business area
  • Communicating financial performance to senior management and providing support for Contract Status Reviews (CSRs)
  • Providing financial leadership and business acumen to program personnel across various functions
  • Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work and performing financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis
  • Ensuring contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines

Basic Qualifications
  • Generally has 5+ years of related experience and may have a post‑secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
  • Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel.
Desired Skills
  • Bachelor's degree focus in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
  • Financial Customer Reporting.
  • Program Financial Planning Analysis (Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash).
  • CSR and LRP Generation.
  • Preparing accompanying analysis and recommendations for presentation to various levels of leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Experience with developing and reporting business metrics.
  • Knowledge of Government contracting and pricing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part‑time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Location: Dallas, Texas
