Pay: $160,000 – $185,000 per year + Signing Bonus up to $10,000

We are seeking experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacists who thrive in a high‑volume, regulated environment and are looking to make a measurable impact. 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities are currently available, with competitive pay and signing bonuses for qualified candidates.

- Support internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory readiness

D or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution - Minimum of 2 years of USP sterile compounding experience (503A, 503B, or hospital)
- Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, gowning, and cleanroom workflow
- Familiarity with USP and cGMP practices
- Exceptional documentation accuracy and quality focus
