Pay: $160,000 – $185,000 per year + Signing Bonus up to $10,000

We are seeking experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacists who thrive in a high‑volume, regulated environment and are looking to make a measurable impact. 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities are currently available, with competitive pay and signing bonuses for qualified candidates.

• Up to $10,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates

• Compound sterile preparations in full compliance with USP , USP , and cGMP standards
• Maintain aseptic technique, gowning, and documentation practices
• Review and verify prescriptions and batch records for accuracy
• Perform final product verification and batch release (as authorized)
• Mentor pharmacy technicians in sterile operations
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory readiness

  D or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of USP sterile compounding experience (503A, 503B, or hospital)
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, gowning, and cleanroom workflow
• Familiarity with USP and cGMP practices
• Exceptional documentation accuracy and quality focus
