Certified Surgical Tech will operate under the general supervision of the OR Coordinator/Director of Surgical Services and the direct supervision of a Lead CST. Responsibilities include providing surgical scrub on all types of minor and major procedures, ensuring optimal sterility and efficient workflow in the operating room.
Responsibilities- Perform surgical scrub on all minor and major surgical procedures, following OR protocols and ensuring compliance with infection control standards.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Certification in OR Technology required.
- Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
- Previous clinical experience in an operating room environment desired.
- At least 1‑2 years of experience as a Surgical Tech in a hospital or ambulatory center.
