Base pay range$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Floating Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Hospice Aide - Compassionate Care TeamAre you a CNA or Hospice Aide with a passion for providing quality care and truly making a difference in your patients' lives? - Provide direct care under the supervision of an RN, in accordance with the Aide Plan of Care.
- Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
- Communicate changes in patient condition and provide necessary documentation for continuity of care.
- Promote respect, privacy, and dignity for each patient.
- Assist with nutrition and hydration, ensuring proper patient care.
- Adhere to infection control standards and agency policies to provide quality care.
- Contribute to the agency’s success with effective time management and collaboration.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Current CNA license.
- Valid State Driver's License.
- Willing and able to float between locations, covering vacations, illnesses, etc.
- At least one year of experience preferred in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, nursing home, or hospice.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient welfare.
- Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
