We are hiring Entry‑Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic‑based ABA therapy at our Arlington Treatment Center. Whether you’re new to ABA or already certified, we offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.
What You’ll Do- Provide 1:1, center‑based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years)
- Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record behavioral data
- Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
- Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
- Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
Hourly Pay:
- Entry Level: $15.00/hr
- RBT I‑V: $16.00–$20.00/hr
- Senior RBT: $21.00/hr
Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership
QualificationsRequired:
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to the clinic
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days if not already certified
Preferred:
- Active RBT certification
- Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities
- Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields
- Paid training & RBT certification support
