As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with our physical therapy team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents. You will assist with daily therapy sessions, lead patient-centered care, and collaborate with other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. In this per diem role,
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) will work as needed to support the needs of our residents, with flexible scheduling to ensure a good work-life balance.

• Assist physical therapists with daily therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
• Lead patient-centered care, focusing on individualized needs and goals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Provide support and education to residents, families, and other caregivers
• Participate in in-services and staff education programs to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
