• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company‑mandated standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surrounding amenities.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report using hotel’s lost and found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED

• Ability to multi‑task
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Team player
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards
• Knowledge of the hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
