Where you’ll work- This is an onsite position. Our corporate office is located 7440 S. Hwy 121 McKinney, TX 75070
- The position is 3-month duration, with the opportunity to extend.
This is a hybrid role that blends full-cycle corporate recruiting responsibilities, and ability to support the University Recruiting Process, to support high-impact moments across talent acquisition.
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role involves coordination, communication, and administrative tasks to attract, engage, and onboard top talent.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with Hiring team and candidates.
- Track candidate progress through the recruitment process.
- Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including Linked In and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies
- Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and target profiles.
- Prepare onboarding materials.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting on Corporate and university recruiting metrics.
- Managing logistics for interviews
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including application review, phone screening, and coordinating pre-employment steps
- Assist with University coordination, and engagement initiatives
- Plan and support high impact events from career fairs to large-scale intern celebrations
- Develop and maintain recruitment materials.
- Assist with other recruiting initiatives and projects as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Have sourced candidates through Linked In Recruiter and Indeed
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated
- Enthusiasm for recruiting, and building relationships with candidate, business leaders, students and faculty.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT,)
- Other responsibilities and projects assigned.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in a corporate or Emerging talent setting.
- Experience in Canva
- Proficient in Workday
