Where you’ll work
  • This is an onsite position. Our corporate office is located 7440 S. Hwy 121 McKinney, TX 75070
  • The position is 3-month duration, with the opportunity to extend.
What you’ll Do

This is a hybrid role that blends full-cycle corporate recruiting responsibilities, and ability to support the University Recruiting Process, to support high-impact moments across talent acquisition.

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role involves coordination, communication, and administrative tasks to attract, engage, and onboard top talent.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with Hiring team and candidates.
  • Track candidate progress through the recruitment process.
  • Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including Linked In and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies
  • Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and target profiles.
  • Prepare onboarding materials.
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting on Corporate and university recruiting metrics.
  • Managing logistics for interviews
  • Support full-cycle recruitment, including application review, phone screening, and coordinating pre-employment steps
  • Assist with University coordination, and engagement initiatives
  • Plan and support high impact events from career fairs to large-scale intern celebrations
  • Develop and maintain recruitment materials.

  • Assist with other recruiting initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Have sourced candidates through Linked In Recruiter and Indeed
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated
  • Enthusiasm for recruiting, and building relationships with candidate, business leaders, students and faculty.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT,)
  • Other responsibilities and projects assigned.
Qualities that Stir our Souls (and make you stand out)
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in a corporate or Emerging talent setting.
  • Experience in Canva
  • Proficient in Workday
