We are looking for a business development focused recruiter who wants to build and lead a team of 360 recruiters. This role will be supported by sourcing teams in US, UK, and South Africa, while offering a pathway to equity in the firm.
What you do:
Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area (hybrid), the role will operate primarily remote. It will have office time when necessary to support functions of the role (e.g., training new recruiters).
This role is ideal for a seasoned agency professional with a proven track record of in business development.
It will have an individual contribution goal while also supporting the development and training of a team. It will have a heavy emphasis on teaching business development skills to transitioning Service Members.
Leadership functions include assessing, developing, and managing a high-performing team of up to five recruiters in a remote environment.
