Plant Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations in a plant setting and partner with leadership to create a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace. This role will oversee core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and workforce development, while collaborating with site teams to support health and safety initiatives.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for plant roles and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employment law, and compliance matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with workforce planning and budgeting.
• Develop and implement HR programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Support performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through communication and collaboration.
• Partner with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) teams to promote a safe and compliant work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
