Payroll Administrator

This person will play a key role in supporting our client's growing team across multiple states & locations accurately processing payroll, efficient onboarding/offboarding, and well-organized HR operations.

• Assist with the payroll processing for multi-state employees
• Process off cycle payments for prior period adjustments, terminations, and supplemental file payments
• Provide employee support throughout the employee lifecycle, including payroll checks, timesheet issues, and onboarding inquiries.
• Update and maintain employee benefit deductions, retirement changes, garnishments and other changes.
• Audit payroll entries and time-sheet entries for accuracy.
• Manage new hire onboarding and offboarding by setting up employees in payroll system, ensuring completion of I-9/E-Verify requirements, and accurately processing terminations.
• Administer employee status changes in the POS system and HRIS, ensuring timely updates and accurate payroll reporting.

• 2+ years of experience.
• Multi-state and multi-unit payroll experience
• Prior experience in Paylocity and the Office
  365 suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
