Talent Acquisition Specialist; Bilingual English​/Spanish

Our client is a national insurance franchisor supporting a growing network of offices across the country. With continued expansion, they are investing in their internal hiring capabilities to ensure teams are staffed with high-quality, customer-focused talent.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume and professional hiring across multiple functions and locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the recruiting process end-to-end, building strong relationships with hiring leaders, and delivering a positive candidate experience. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for success in this role.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across sales, customer service, operations, and corporate teams
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles
• Source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews
• Guide candidates through the hiring process and ensure a smooth, professional experience
• Maintain accurate candidate records, pipelines, and reports in the ATS
• Support employer branding efforts, including job fairs and community outreach
• Collaborate with HR on offers, onboarding, and hiring documentation

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Hands‑on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast‑paced environment
