• Lead HR operations on‑site and act as a trusted partner to Plant Leadership
• Build HR frameworks, processes, and culture for a newly established manufacturing facility
• Drive all talent acquisition activity, with a focus on recruiting skilled manufacturing and technical talent
• Support leaders across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and engagement
• Help shape a cohesive, high‑performing workforce from the ground up

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant time spent in a manufacturing plant environment
• Proven success supporting or scaling a high‑growth business or new‑site launch
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working onsite and being hands‑on with employees and leaders
• A proactive, driven HR professional who enjoys building structure in an evolving environment
