This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong business development focus, supporting both contract and permanent hiring across the U.S. technology market. You will play a hands‑on role in generating new opportunities, delivering recruitment solutions, and building long‑term relationships.
- Drive new business development through outbound sales, relationship building, and account expansion
- Manage and grow existing client relationships while identifying net‑new opportunities
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Sourcing and attracting qualified technology candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking
- Conduct structured candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and fit evaluations
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through placement and onboarding
- Present shortlists to clients and guide them through interview, feedback, and offer stages
- Stay informed on technology hiring trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with staffing experience required
- Strong interest in technology recruitment and the U.S. IT market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Professional, detail‑oriented approach with high standards of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, outgoing, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Recruit very senior specialized roles with large fees (50‑100k fees, nearly executive search level)
