End User Computing Engineer IV

We are seeking a highly experienced End User Computing Engineer IV to support and enhance critical services within the end user computing environment.

This role involves architecture design, process automation, project support, and senior-level troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance and operational excellence across multiple teams.

• Support operational teams in resolving service requests and incidents to ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform root cause analysis and define corrective actions for end user computing issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
• Architect and implement upgrades for platforms, operating systems, and enterprise software.
• Conduct proof-of-concept testing and refine technical designs.
• Automate repetitive tasks and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Plan and schedule software and hardware changes.
• Perform routine administration tasks including OS and software updates.
• Provide technical support for projects and perform critical system changes after business hours.
• Conduct audit compliance assessments and initiate remediation actions.
• Author and adhere to policy, procedure, and standards documents.
• Transfer knowledge through documentation and training.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Manage Windows client imaging, application packaging, and scripting using Power Shell.
• Lead SCCM component upgrades and monthly security patch deployments.
• Support application and OS installation, configuration, and reporting using SCCM.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve operational issues.
• Develop scalable solutions for clients migrating to Oracle Exastack platforms.
• Provide pre‑sales support including proposals, effort estimations, and client presentations.
• Lead delivery of Oracle Engineered Systems engagements and collaborate with Oracle teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in End User Computing and SCCM management.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure/AWS and scripting tools such as Power Shell.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with security patch management for Windows clients and servers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint.
