SAP Rollout and Regional Support Specialist

The Forvia SAP Applications Rollout and Regional Support Team is the key interface between end users and the FCS (Forvia Core System) in terms of support, problem analysis, and enhancements. Working in close relationship with Business users to implement functionalities, retrofit, and promote usage of FCS.

The FCS Applications Rollout and Regional Support Team is focused on projects, retrofits, and special customer care while ensuring the global consistency of the FCS Support Chain across levels, starting from L1 through L3 teams. IT Consultants manage processes and standard IT applications or modules. Collaborate with business partners to define needs. Oversee tests, data migration, specifications, and documentation.

• Perform rollouts, leading and implementing the requested FCS functionalities.
• Ensure retrofit activities in the region and deliver functional 2nd level support to end users.
• Provide regional support for users, including incident troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Collect and describe local requirements from sites (in terms of Request for Change RFC), elaborate functional specifications, and get them validated. Facilitate the establishment of priorities and the communication of decisions to the user community.
• Promote coherence and consistency of data by following KPIs.
• Ensure continuous improvement and actively promote better utilization of FCS.
• Actively participate on Forvia Shareplace to provide support to users and promote FCS functionalities.
• Coordinate and perform specific training sessions.
• Participate, at the request of users, in working groups related to their field.
• Lead and participate in design sessions regarding new functionalities to enhance business processes and information process flow.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Meet with decision-makers, system owners, and end users to define requirements, system goals, and identify and resolve system issues.

• Solid knowledge in ERP for the Manufacturing & Logistics domain.
• 3+ years overall experience in SAP for the specific domain.
• Good business knowledge in the automotive industry.
• Good communication and expression skills in an international environment, both written and oral.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to describe and conduct problem-solving.
