Job Summary
Our Strategic Partnerships is looking to expand our team and seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery within scope and timelines.
Primary responsibility is serving as the liaison between business units, Information Technology, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment. Risk management is a critical component, requiring the identification of potential project risks and the development of effective mitigation strategies. During project execution, progress is closely monitored through the use of project management software and tools to track milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
The role also entails regular reporting to senior and executive leadership, providing updates on project status, achievements, and any emerging challenges. Additionally, change management is essential, involving the documentation and communication of project changes to the business and all key stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment.
- Serve as liaison between business units, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management tools.
- Provide regular status reports to senior and executive leadership.
- Document and communicate project changes to ensure alignment.
- Project Planning – defining project scope, timeline, resources, and risks.
- Business Unit Liaison with external facing clients.
- Risk Management Identification and Mitigation.
- Project progression through five phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
- Status reporting to executive and C‑suite.
- Change management.
- Document Meeting Minutes and Project Artifacts.
- Decision matrix documentation.
