An international company is actively searching for an on‑site IT Manager in Irving, TX
. This hybrid (non‑remote two days per week) position determines the IT needs of an organization and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of critical business applications, with a specific focus on SAP (or other equivalent ERP experiences).

• Manage all information technology and computer systems
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Coordinate with other Global IT teams
• Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
• Assist with Financial/IT audit as necessary
• Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Create and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost‑effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, NIST) and regulatory requirements
• Application implementation and maintenance
• SAP (ERP) management
• Be available on 24/7 level to make sure business runs smoothly, without suspension

• Japanese speaker at a business level (bilingual English/Japanese preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of work experience as an IT Manager
• Experience with accounting systems or accounting background is a plus
• Proven experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
• Experience with VMware, Azure AD, Networking, Google Workspace, M365 Admin Center, Apple Business Manager
• Experience with Starship, SAP (FICO, MM, SD, CS) SAP Work Manager, Ring Central, Unifi products, Salesforce
