About Us

We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) governed by John 16:33 and led by a hands‑on CEO seeking a trusted second‑in‑command. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is ready to take ownership of infrastructure, client systems, and internal operations.

• Act as Operations Manager / Lead tech—owning escalations, infrastructure decisions, and client‑facing solutions.
• Lead and support L2/3 technical operations across Active Directory, M365, Windows Server, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Manage and improve cloud environments (Azure, M365), endpoint security, and backup systems.
• Oversee patching, firmware updates, and server/network health monitoring.
• Design and manage the implementation of infrastructure upgrades, network architecture, and wireless solutions.
• Document SOPs, deployment guides, and client‑facing knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with vendors, manage tickets, and support project delivery.

• At least 2 years in an MSP or multi‑client environment.
• Strong background in systems engineering, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with RMM tools, Intune, and automation tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and mentor junior staff.
• Bonus:
