Hybrid‑based position in Arlington, VA or Blue Bell, PA office.

U.S. Citizenship required. Candidates must obtain and maintain a Federal Clearance, specifically a Public Trust level Clearance to work with the U.S. Department of Defense.

As a Data Analytics Lead Consultant, you will be part of a small team of technical experts assisting clients with data analysis, visualization, custom workflows, interactive dashboards, and bespoke applications. You will work directly with our U.S. Department of Defense client and other Ramboll project teams, presenting deliverables and gathering feedback.

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and dataflows to provide actionable insights.
• Design new Power BI data models and maintain existing models built from diverse data sources.
• Implement integrations with Power Automate for streamlined workflow automation.
• Provide technical support to users and stakeholders on data governance best practices.
• Build custom measures and queries using DAX and M Language.

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years relevant experience using Power BI and Power Platform.
• Experience with Power BI dataflows, DAX, and M query.
• Experience with financial reporting.

Annual base salary: $85,951 – $106,989. Actual pay may vary based on experience, location, and market conditions.
