Position Overview

As a Senior Service Now Developer, you will play a pivotal role in advising our clients and internal teams on best practices for Service Now implementation and long-term sustainability. You will be a key contributor to the solution design process, helping to guide the technical direction of projects and ensuring the final architecture aligns with strategic goals. A significant part of this role involves fostering strong, collaborative relationships with our development partners to guarantee the high-quality execution of all development tasks.

In a live operational environment, you will be a core member of the team tasked with designing and reviewing all changes to business processes and system configurations as part of our commitment to continuous service improvement. Your design expertise will be crucial in maintaining the consistency, stability, and supportability of the Service Now platform, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s long-term roadmap while maximizing the value of current and future vendor capabilities.

Candidate

Qualifications Required:
  • A minimum of four years of professional experience in Service Now, either in a consulting capacity or within the industry.
  • At least three years of experience working on large-scale technology projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team.
  • Successful completion of at least two end-to-end Service Now implementation cycles.
  • This position may require travel up to 50%, depending on client needs and project locations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Service Now certifications in one or more specialized areas are highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with web technologies such as XML and database languages like SQL.
  • An advanced degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Hands‑on experience with any of the following Service Now modules:
    Customer Service Management (CSM), Creator Workflows, IT Operations Management (ITOM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC), or Source‑to‑Pay (S2P).
  • Familiarity with modern Service Now features like GBS on NOW, NOW Assist, and Creator Workflow is a plus.
